건물은 삼각형의 대지에서 대로변을 따라 위치하고 있으며, 전산본부와 안쪽에 위치한 합숙소와의 사이에는 브리지와 pass way에 의한 완충지대가 형성되오 있다. 국민은행을 대표하는 색인 백색의 타일은 그 색 자체가 신선함을 줌은 물론 이에 더하여 창이나 개구부를 적절한 리듬감을 갖도록 처리하여 건물이 가질 수 있는 단순성을 해소하고 있다.
The building is seated on triangular shape land and alongside the main street. In-between the information system headquarter and the training center situated further back from the Headquarter lie a bridge and a pass way that create a buffer zone. The white tiles, the color of which signifies the citizens National Bank, not only give freshness due to its color itself, but also adds the necessary rhythmic effect to window and open frames, effectively avoiding the simplicity of a building.
